If you cancel or reschedule your appointment between 3- 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, we may charge a cancellation fee. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 3 hours’ notice a 100% cancellation fee may be applied.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may attract 100% fee.
If you are more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we will need to cancel the appointment, and 100% cancellation fee may apply.
