Marion brings valuable experience in creating meaningful connections with peers who are experiencing mental health challenges and/or addictions. She is dedicated to supporting you and your whānau in your local community, helping build strong support networks and connecting you with the services that best meet your needs. Through cultural connections, Marion provides the appropriate support to ensure that you and your whānau feel understood and respected. She can also assist with MSD appointments, helping you access your full entitlements, and offer graduated support to engage in activities such as the gym, pool, or other local community groups. Helping you to feel empowered to take these steps independently. Amanda is our Health Improvement Practitioner at Phoenix, she can work with you to create a personalised behavioural change plan, focusing on what matters most to you right now. Together you can identify practical steps toward the changes you want to see in your life. Your wellbeing journey is unique, and we are here to walk alongside you every step of the way. What is a Health Coach? A Health Coach works with you to enhance both your emotional and physical wellbeing through a holistic, personalised approach. Whether you are looking to develop healthier lifestyle habits, increase movement and physical activity, improve your nutrition, or get better sleep. They offer practical guidance tailored to your life, supporting you in managing stress, reducing harmful substances, and building meaningful social connections that enrich your daily experience.
